In a career spanning more than 30 years, Dave has created, bought, developed or closed over 35 businesses in the UK and US.

He’s still the majority shareholder in eight of them but now has a team of strong leaders who manage the day to day operations.

His love of business and helping people led him to train as an ICF accredited Business Coach and Certified DiSC Practitioner before going on to become a Certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer with the US-based John Maxwell Team.

More recently, Dave became a certified consultant with author John Warrillow’s Toronto based ValueBuilder™.

He now spends his time running Mastermind Groups or Coaching and Mentoring business owners around the globe to grow independent businesses and help them to significantly increase the value of their businesses.

A proud Welshman, Dave and his wife, Michelle, love to travel and spend as much time as they can in their beloved Andalucia, Spain and in the US.
