With over ten years of experience managing the broad spectrum of HR, she has a specific specialization in talent management, HR information systems, performance management, and compliance through policies and processes.

Notable Projects in HR
- Worked at a $171M non-profit organization as an HR Specialist. This includes decentralizing the onboarding and development of virtual orientation, allowing managers to start a new employee 20% faster. Oversaw the correspondence to EEOC for a harassment and wrongful termination claim through investigation and research of the incident described. I oversaw the completion of the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, VETS-100A, and VETS-4212, supporting the company in maintaining its Government AbilityOne contract.
- Supported many start-up companies in the construction, bio/life science, crypto, technology, real estate, and nonprofit industries. Guiding new businesses in compliance and setting them up
- Worked for a government public benefits corporation as a talent acquisition specialist. I supported their diversity and inclusion efforts during and after COVID-19 challenges, resulting in a 46% overall diversity for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) of all staff for 2021.
