Experience & Expertise
Previously, Leah was VP of Finance – Controller at Zenoti, a global SaaS company.
During her tenure, she delivered results across multiple priority areas, including program execution and operational enhancement:
- Built the company’s first bank and investor reporting package and supported CEO level board reporting.
- Closed a large JP Morgan debt facility, meeting all post-closing conditions by completing the first US GAAP consolidated audit in company history and implementing ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 805 (Business Combinations).
- Implemented a compliant payroll solution, a full PEO structure, FloQast, CARTA, and a robust internal control framework.
- Reduced audit timelines from nine to four months across consecutive years and cleared all material weaknesses and significant deficiencies.
- Created a Controller Roadmap and Playbook that improved efficiency, accuracy, and team capability across global teams.
- Led multiple training sessions for the global team in India to retain team members. Set up a promotional track based on completion of key skill sets and milestones.
Earlier, Leah served as Director of Homes Accounting at Zillow Group.
In her role as Director, she led and executed the following key initiatives:
- Managed monthly and quarterly close processes for a segment scaling from
$1.7B to $6 B in revenue. - Completed a full monthly reporting package for the Homes Segment with a large team and multiple systems, including key drivers, KPIs, and variance analysis.
- Reduced manual work by more than 10% through automation and process redesign.
- Directed audit processes, resolved internal control deficiencies, and improved reporting timelines.
- Developed SMART goal frameworks, leveling guides, and productivity plans that improved morale, clarity, and performance.
Earlier in her career
Leah started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland and worked in their Milan and Amsterdam offices. She was fast-tracked to Director and led teams in Europe, taking European companies through the US IPO process.

She holds a BA in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and plays competitive tennis.
She also serves on the Board of Directors of Washington Youth Soccer and is a licensed CPA in Washington State.
