Eleanor Salumbre
Senior Controller
Eleanor is a strategic finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, business development, and process improvement. She has a proven track record of simplifying complex financial operations and driving collaboration across teams to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Her industry background spans business process outsourcing, education, and investment management.
Prior to her consulting work, Eleanor served as Group Controller at Digital Divide Data (DDD), where she led global finance operations and implemented tools like Adaptive Planning and Tipalti to modernize reporting and streamline workflows. Earlier in her career, she played a key role in overseeing mergers and acquisitions totaling over $100 million in transaction value.
Eleanor partners with nonprofit and for-profit clients to deliver tailored financial solutions, offering deep expertise in modeling, forecasting, and systems integration. She holds a BA in Economics and a Master’s in Computational Finance from De La Salle University.
Outside of work, Eleanor is a passionate cyclist who has completed events such as the Five Boro Bike Tour and the MS Tour, bringing the same focus and determination to her professional endeavors.
