Boyu Shi brings a wealth of experience to Vanreusel Ventures, having honed his analytical skills over a 3-year career in equity research with Lion Raisins Corp. During his tenure there, he excelled in developing company and investment models for valuing stocks, utilizing income comparisons, revenue trends, and profit analysis to drive investor decisions.
At Vanreusel Ventures, Boyu's expertise extends far beyond financial modeling. He is pivotal in scaling for-profit and nonprofit organizations, ensuring our clients' financial strategies are robust and aligned with market movements through advanced trend analysis, modeling, and data management. His comprehensive approach includes building sales and revenue forecasts and integrating risk and reward into decision-making.
A native of China and fluent in Mandarin, Boyu holds a BA in Economics from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland. Notably, he has successfully passed all three levels of the CFA exam, underscoring his deep financial acumen. Outside of work, Boyu is an avid basketball player and an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys experiencing diverse cultures and cuisines.
