Position Title: Corporate Financial Analyst

Job Duties:

The Corporate Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting quantitative analyses of
information involving investment programs or financial data for assigned clients, including
valuation of businesses. Specific duties will include the following:

● Analyze and review Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and
key performance indicators (KPI) performance for assigned clients.
● Work together with our firm clients to ensure the application and compliance of their
company& financial and HR management policies, procedures, and controls.
● Update financial performance metrics (KPIs) of consultancy clients, and clearly
communicate the actions required to all senior and executive management.
● Build strong and accurate financial forecasts and analyses, and track performance
metrics to drive strategy and timeliness.
● Prepare presentations to be provided to the Finance Team and Executive Team of
assigned clients
● Work closely with assigned clients and the outsourced accounting team for timely
delivery of the requested material for monthly reporting and adhoc/audit requests
● Summarize client budgets and submit recommendations for budget approvals to the
finance team of the assigned clients.
● Provide advice and assistance with cost analysis, allocation, and budget preparation to
the assigned clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a
closely-related field, and 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a closely-related

● Completion of Chartered Financial Analyst Levels I and II
● Excel worksheets
● Advanced charting
● Functions
● Advanced formulae
● Toolbars
● Conditional Formatting

● PIVOT tables and PIVOT reporting
● VBA and macros
● Data Tables, simulations and solver
